Bottom line is nobody would buy into a company that is about to do a reverse split to the tune of almost 10%. Something is forthcoming and it could be one of many possible compelling events that will trigger the move over $1. No way you make this investment without knowing its ready to rocket upwards. If the RS wasn't forthcoming then I could see these investors buying it for the long term or slowly flipping shares over a 3-6 months period. These guys are way too smart for this type of move being just a roll of the dice.
