Companies registered with the SEC (reporting companies) file quarterly reports (10-Q) detailing financial status. Once a year they must file an audited financial report. (10-K)

technically the financials (fins) aren't past due. company gave a date and qualified it with an "on or about" date. some investors' expectations have labeled the fins as past due. jmo
