It was a conspiracy.

We though Jon Oringer (owner of shutter shock) was involved because he dealt with a corporation called "Pixel Holdings".

Investors saw "Pixel Holdings" on the 8k and thought they were the same and naturally thought he was involved.

Apparently they are different. He's since denied involvement on Twitter as well.

Forget the billionaire. He is not part of this and denies all knowledge, complicity, involvement or awareness of this stock. In fact, I am sorry I brought it up. Forgive my musings.
