7. Willing to back out of a deal if not good for SNMN. We backed out of the Game Vodka deal, fine with me, don't waste our share structure on a bad deal, just to make flippers happy.

WOW! A great CC. Facts:
1.Great share structure, currently under 1B and another 200M+ will get removed soon.
2. No public debt!
3. No toxic debt!
4. Transparent CEO, that no time for flippers.
5. NOT ONE SHARE of dilution since he started.
6. Using Reg.A filing for deals.

8.Reg.A shares will be restricted and "metered out" so they don't hit the market all at the same time.
9. Yes he will issue himself and board member shares at a later time, but they will be restricted.
10. Share dilution expected in the Reg.A will be less than 1B shares, depending on share price at the time of the deals going into the Reg.A.
11. More deals are in the pipeline, won't get specific now, PR soon, when he can.
12. He will back out of Red Canvas deal if they can't get it distributed, will know soon. He won't waste shareholder value on bad deals!
13. Our Green Inc. deal could be huge. It sounds like he is open to other MJ deals but looking at all sectors that an opportunity presents itself. Diversification of assets.
14. Will NOT ungag the TA, and I understand why. As long as he keeps filings up to date as he promised he will, I can live with that. There has been repeated "dilution, dilution, dilution" posted here for months, ALL proven to be WRONG, not one share diluted! PERIOD.
15. One more, important point. Troy cleaned up the toxic debt with his own money at the start, he has skin in the game here.
16. Also wants to up list to OTCQB.
There is probably more I am missing and if I have miss spoken here, I will stand corrected, but only correct me if you were on the conference call.
This is not you typical stinky pinky stock, move on if that is what you are looking for otherwise this is a great buying opportunity, IMO. Long and strong, SNMN.
