7. Willing to back out of a deal if not good for SNMN. We backed out of the Game Vodka deal, fine with me, don't waste our share structure on a bad deal, just to make flippers happy.

I believe we did not "back out". I think that SNMN was not able to meet the terms of the deal and Game Vodka went elsewhere.
I would not put it past our CEO to spin this to make it sound like it's something SNMN did not want.
