All the OTC/Canadian tickers should be, to varying degrees, scam tickers.

The three NASDAQ tickers are drug development companies.

The two NYSE tickers -- CODI is a mini conglomerate. Among other things, it makes and markets Sterno. It also supposedly owns a hemp farm in Canada. IIPR is a REIT, with only one property, an indoor grow facility in New York that's not doing too well.

The OTCBB tickers are scam tickers.

The AMEX tickers are drug developers.

The one I consider the most ridiculous is CIIX, and is, far as I know, the only "China play" among OTC reefer scam companies.
