why are you discounting the subgroups

I'd have to look at my original post but I thought I allowed for the possibility that if a group truly does respond it becomes important (and I'll add hugely important).

We agree that is still a "big IF"...maybe we differ some on how much current data is pointing to that result. But I did say its worth watching.

I also expect that the reason for examination of sub groups is to design the most efficient and economical way forward in the P2/3 while increasing the chance of success.

It's good to remind oneself that this was a SAFETY & DOSAGE TRIAL with UNEXPECTED results.
