Hard to say really. As goat and I have been talking, I'm thinking its tied to HIRU in a JV of some sort. I think the caveat emptor comes off HIRU and we see EEGI start to release information. It's just speculation but they announced a delay over there are the removal at the same time they seemed to indicate a delay to sealskin via that email. If we are to take sealskin at his word.
