Yes, that could help but not sure how long it will take to reduce the regs.

In any event, the secondary effect would be to help reduce associated costs of drugs and products.

Less reg compliance means less upfront costs to satisfy those requirements. It would be win-win.

Why the FDA is needing any more evidence is like saying there's a reason for caffeine free diet coke.

All this is speculation, I would surmise that Andy did not expect a partial OTC clearance, and that is why there is no deal in place right now.

Nevertheless, the ball is still in their court, and Andy will get a deal that will place the framework for the next deal which will be the bigger prize.

It doesn't really matter about the time frame, because the share structure is the way it is, and it will be manipulated until a proper shift occurs.

Big Pharma "owns" your doctor in many respects. I had a doctor years ago without realizing what he was saying tell me that he just does what he's told to do. What? Big Pharma lobbyists are (part) of the reason for stifled solutions and why cures are pushed back out of the spotlight along with their funding. IMO
