I would hope there classier than that to fib to share holders but I can see to were it could point to that . Remember this is the OTC were the regulations are very relaxed lol . This is such a promising product I can't understand some of there moves or lack of. Thats one of the biggest problems with OTC stocks lack of concrete news or to much bullshit news to pump the stock.
