The PR said they had a $1 million dollar line of credit with Kodiak but only needed 500k now not $1 million. That means they will sell Kodiak a total of $500,000 worth of stock. This has nothing to do with the aged debt. The last 8k said Kodiak got 117 million shares for $59,000 grand. You have go back through each 8k add up the dollar amounts for Kodiak and see if it equals $500,000 yet.
