Kodiak's 72.7M shares come from two sources, 36M shares are for equity finance of $148k, the rest 72.7M-36M=36.7M is old debt converted on 2/13, but Kodiak did not sell, instead saved it to get much higher price since they know a lot inside information.

We can reason that if there are other convertible debts, Kodiak will not provide any equity line finance for MJTK.
