Aint nothing wrong with a guy (that is two blocks away mind you) wanting to do some DD for himself and his money. The "ceo may not care about his dollars," as you put it earlier, but I'm sure the investor does. I'd want to see it for myself if I was that close. Hell, who wouldnt? Just to see if everything is real at the very least...especially down here in otc land.
