A Berkshire Hathaway affiliate bought a company I used to work for. We didn't up and move to Warren's office. There was no moving to Omaha. Warren buys profitable businesses and allows them to operate as they were operating because they were profitable to begin with. Similar concept with ibrc. Acquire businesses and put them under the ibrands name. It doesn't mean they go in the same office or warehouse. This is the Information Age and not the Industrial Age.
