SCAM Alert - OS is over 13 Billion!

Once you factor in the Preferred B conversions to common shares the OS will be well over 13 Billion shares. These Preferred B shares come off restriction the end of October 2017.

Quarterly filings for the past two quarters are late and CEO is still running his own separate consulting business.

Reverse Split coming before Preferred B shares become unrestricted. This will be the 3rd RS for this scam POS.
