Who comes up with these stats? I wasn't aware anyone was able to do any research on marijuana due to Nixon schedule 1 ing it. And as far as teens using it, pretty sure they are going to get their hands on the stuff legal or not, I know I started when I was 14 and I don't see any side effects, anyways, legally purchasing it should reduce the volume in black market, plus you need to be of age to purchase, so I'm sure the numbers for teen should be going down as far as use, but that's just my opinion, you suck Trump......just sayin
