He did say if any , but I feel like they almost have to in order to keep the company viable. I mean they have no revenue source at all and if a new deal is announced it either has to be strong enough to pay for itself and provide income for the company as well so I would not be surprised by new share structure announcement, It wouldnt be the worst thing that could happen IMO also they have some old debt holders that they are having to restructure with and they do not have enough stock to do that so ??
