I noticed that wording too. Classic otc financing strategy to issue more shares... and current share structure is known to be thin. Sully already tried the 2 billion stunt, hopefully Bill will be a little more conservative. At least we get audited financials out of the deal if he does go that route.

He has repeatedly stated he wants to clean up balance sheet and no more toxic debt so I'm not totally convinced dilution is in the near future but I've been wrong abt this co before :)
