Is this the time to be taking on debt when you haven't even relized the first sale?
The PR about the Mayo clinic was fun stuff and all, but they crashed it with this last paragraphs

It depends on how they do acquisitions but in most cases it will be through preferred stock which obviously can't be sold and restricted for some time. We will find out soon..
