I wouldn't expect RS HERE, nothing to support it. To push the shares. No company.

I would expect a business already established to an extent at least.
Doesn't mean that's what you get. So you won't know which company until then. so you won't see filings pop up, you will have to go look for them. otc filing come soon, yes
