If they do a reverse split, there should be some initial filings prior to the split to show that they are getting back into business. I.E-removing the STOP sign. My point was that even these small things should initially raise the price of the stock as it is at .0001 now. Are u implying that their first filing out of darkness could be a R/S? I doubt that


"OR, reverse merger with another company."

Right, so this would be completely positive, no? What is the downside to this?
