My comment had nothing to do with whether Duo was infringing on any patent. I was only addressing the fact that nothing was "designed in" to the Intel processor with respect to authentication. In fact, Intel is agnostic as to how the authentication is accomplished. They only offer hardware utilities available to anyone who wants to use them.
Duo has Already Settled and are gonna likely pay Royalties !! See their Website about 2FAuthentication. If they haven't Settled we would have seen filings on pacer for them to face an injuction.
