IF you had experience as a CEO or been part of Management of any company, you realize that obligations under contracts and agreements or responsibilities to shareholders is sacred. It may be popular to follow the herd but if you contact ANYONE who has had those responsibilities, theorizing and second guessing them is usually a cheap shot. IF the choice is CD's or BK, as a shareholder we are still here with the cd's. Remember where the crude prices have been and check out the huge number of small exploration companies that are gone.
