This company started with better assets, more cash and less debt then any small exploration company I have ever seen. ERHC management pissed all that away due to awful decisions stemming from a lack of experience in finance and in the oil industry. It wasn't oil prices that hurt ERHC, it was awful management that went unchecked by the BOD and by shareholders that blindly supported gross incompetence that has been the bane of ERHC from day one.

This company had every chance to succeed and find oil. I have zero doubt that they failed only due to poor management and nothing else. Anyone who doesn't see that isn't looking.
