My point is that Saddam was dealing with toxic waste, (not just garbage) way before Cheney ordered America to poison the population of Iraq and our own troops.
Have you forgotten that Saddam ordered his troops to blow up over 700 of his own oil wells in 19991 ? That was the worst man made environmental disaster in history.
