Does anyone know what Li's status is in the U.S.? Work permit, green card (not likely, he would be subject to U.S. taxes on worldwide income).
How much time does he actually spend here, maybe the company has acquired a residence, or paying for one. When he is not here,
who is running the place? He is Chairman and CEO. I have seen no announcement about a COO. Who is in charge in his absence? He is not taking a salary, good on him, but the company has to be covering lots of expenses.
This is not a negative post at all. I really don't care about
the status and expenses, he bought nearly half the company, so it is largely his money. But as a shareholder, am interested in how much of his time the CEO and Chairman is actually spending overseeing hands on, this California based company.
