That was expected no big deal float is still low and no debt yet.., they are preparing for down the road its necessary and doesn't matter anytime soon

Where do you see this? There are no SEC filings or a PR indicating increase in the Authorized Shares. As of now, the A/S is 50,000,000, and the O/S is about 25,000,000.
