it. He wasn't with Halliburton when it happened and the way the left hated Bush and Cheney it would have been all over the MSM back then. I couldn't find a reliable link, do you have one?

Cheney was responsible for KBR/Halliburton getting many of their no bid contracts, including those for managing and burning these toxic pits.
