The 691 Licenses were not even a factor in the go-forward plan of Fibertower. Zero Value assigned to them when the unsecured came up with $200M+.

To value a license of a company in BK is a very difficult one. It is up to the the BK judge to monitor that the assets are not sold under their fair value at the moment of sale. History shows that the operating value of these kind of licenses are not really taken in consideration.
