Two totally different subjects altogether. One is concerning the LT and dispensation of LTI's and the other is a claim that MBS's issued by Freddie is for payment to escrows.
Nowhere in the Freddie docs are escrows ever mentioned and if one reads it, it is clear that it's an investment opportunity for third parties.
