Again, you're arguing that states rights do not exist which seems rather idiotic given that there is no disputing that states have passed laws nullifying federal laws. States have been nullifying federal laws going back to and including slavery (Fugitive Slave Act). More recently they have been nullifying federal gun laws, MJ laws, FDA regulations to name just a few. In quite a few cases not only do the states withdraw any support in enforcement but also include that they will arrest federal agents that enter the state and attempt to carry out enforcement action.
Those are all facts. You're argument seems to be that the feds can shut down anything they want and enforce compliance anywhere they want. Your federal government worship and beliefs are juvenile level one thinking.
Next you're going to argue something else ridiculous.
