At least you are consistent. Consistently wrong. You don't even understand my original point. I am not arguing the general Federal Vs. States rights. Please read before stating your opinion.
My argument, which is legally supported using many different sources outside of your brain, is that in this specific, laser focused, single issue of the jurisdiction of MJ legality federal law supersedes state law. The only reason that there has been no federal/state confrontations nor court rulings is simply because the Obama Administration directed all federal agencies to *NOT* enforce Federal Laws against MJ use.
Arrogance is a personality trait that is not suffered gladly but can be tempered if it is balanced by a slight measure of humility and the ability to admit when a position is indefensible. Your inability to provide any supporting material (other than because your brain says so) and your resulting attempt to change the narrative of the discussion clearly demonstrates that although you posses more than enough of the former you are totally lacking of the latter.
My position is clear and correct unless and until the issue is brought before a court for further clarification in this one narrow issue within the Federal Vs. States rights argument.
For my part there is absolutely no reason for me to continue with this thread. Once again, although it's clear you cannot admit defeat, you lose.
