The general consensus is that the R/S won't happen. 250:1 would leave only 4mil outstanding shares, 2500:1 would leave only 400k? Not going to happen. Just because the have the option to do it, doesn't mean they will. Anything greater than a 10:1 would be absurd.. I believe the mention of R/S was nothing more than a tactic, and slap in the face of the toxic lenders, to scare them into dumping their shares to end dilution as quickly as possible.
