So, again I ask you. If there were no "limitations" of the Macdonald criteria to address psPD as you assert, why did RANO introduce changes to address it?
Macdonald was from 1990. psPD increased after Temodar and concurrent chemorad became used in the mid 2000's RANO not only addressed avastin issues, it also addressed the psPD issue.
