because this is what scam companies do!

$YIPI borrowed $600k and is paying it back. Apparently all parties ended up agreeing that $YIPI still owes Magna $450k. If you borrow you got to pay back. At least they are not paying back in shares- as Magna originally wanted. Borrowing the money was worth it - it got the yippy blueflame appliance and other products up to speed, enabling the $GSAT partnership- as well as putting $YIPI in a position to take over the business Google is giving up. Onward and upward for $YIPI
