Capital is always needed to manufacture and market anything properly.
How true. So let us take stock this Friday morning February 24, 2017.
TAUG raises capital in an ever declining manner. In the past two years they have raised about $600K. All of the raises are toxic (some of the death spiral variety) and all of the raises have been subsidized by shareholders. All of the monies raised have gone to pay lawyers, accountants, accountants little helpers, and to pay past bills due either to settle a collection suit or with a gun held to shareholders' heads. The pressure on the SP has been relentless. And with each new coffin nail Sethie signs for on behalf of the company, creates a new enemy out of a past friend, and sets the stage for the choice of the appropriate tube TAUG will shortly swirl down.
Therefore the only thing a shareholder can conclude from TAUG's money raising behavior is that all of this product talk is just that -- talk. A head fake. TAUG is unprepared to market any products. It's sole business is litigating against an insurance company who now has the bitter taste of TAUG blood. There will be no jury trial. The proceedings will be kept confidential, like they are in 95% of Federal cases. The puppets will be put to bed forever because there is nobody left for them to perform for. This is not going to end pretty. But some time before the end, Sethie and the consultant will be long gone, their last gift to shareholders.
And as we look back, it is clear that Pilius didn't do this to shareholders, former CEO of TAUG didn't do this to shareholders, Mr. Berman didn't do any of this to TAUG shareholders. It was all hatched by the current CEO who is known to have social issues. And while Sethie was sending us all down this path to nothing, his consultant reaped may rewards. All too bad, sooo sad.
