imo what was said today was the beginning of an effort to push congress to legalize...the AG said the same thing a few weeks ago..."if the people want legal marijuana than congress should legalize it" ...which they will!
there are already MANY draft bills in congress to legalize...they will start being formally introduced now that this is all getting stirred up again.... which is why it got brought up today as a back handed way to get the ball rolling imo
