I like to think of the late filings as potential business opportunities that fell through. Each time the company waited till the last possible moment before filing the 10k.

at the recommendation by recent financing activities, wonder if He hired Mr Mays.....? seems he would know the importance of timely filings...

Maybe there are some fiduciary failures at NEAH as pertains to the common shareholders
