VNDM is 1 of the MMs running this show.. Handling bids and sells and such. If they are ready to allow the stock to run, they will "back off" of the ask... I'm learning as well as these OTCs are quit different from big boards and I spent my 1st 2 years trading bios.
Means no dilutive mm's till we reach his price. Trading at .01, his ask at .019 and has not moved for over a month. That is a good thing as he knows where the stock is going.
