It's hard to know what the thinking is behind an order like this. The last guy who was trying to sell 100K+ shares took quite a long time, and at least he was squatting at .12. I don't think he ever sold all of them anyway as it had the effect of putting a lid on things.
I wonder if this is an attempt to keep the price down - to do what? Accumulate more at a low price? If we want to be conspiracy minded, it could suggest some insider info that would lead to a price rise once the block is lifted?
