Let's get real though, to attract new longs, and have the price move you need fluff.. and it wouldn't be fluff it would just be bits broken up into various PRs ;)

Well 3 weeks in mists of start up, expending, ownership transfer, etc YES there should be updates, so many things that we are all excited about to hear. Just regular update of things concluded, ideas, plans etc. People like me like to hear small things too, feel more secure about their investments. I am long as that is why I want to know what is going on with a Company I invested.
If you believe you do not need a PR then you should not be here on this boards.
I come here ( board) to see if I missed some News, something new happened etc
and PR cost 600$ to be written and published if CEO does not have time for it

I think the issue isn't that it's been 3 weeks, (last PR was 2/2/17 so it actually has been 21 days, but again, not the issue) but rather that they mentioned specific dates in previous PR's for big events.

They mentioned February 15th as the rollout of Phase 2 of the Launch, as well as the deal with Bevmo! to be closed 'within the next few days' (that was February 2nd.)

So, it's fair to have expected news on or around the 15th, which we are now 8 days passed.

The fact is that in the 1/4/17 p.r., Rich Decisso chose to include a firm rollout date for phase two of the launch program. He wasn't forced to under duress. Had he chosen to use the phrase "before the end of the first quarter" rather than the very specific "no later than February 15" people might be less anxious.

Does he owe us an update? No, I don't think so. On the OTC, you pay your money and take your chances.

But I don't think it is at all unreasonable for uneasy shareholders to express that they wished he would.
