any chance they would create new entity exactly like FNMA?
or is there any chance they create a new entity different than FNMA with better way to provide liquidity to the housing market?

Wouldnt this be in order to clear out the congressional charter and reform into a private entity? Albeit, they'd still be federally chartered.


What would be the point of that? Congress will still mandate them to do their bidding for low income borrowers.

The only reason that'd happen is because they specifically want to wipe out shareholders correct?
