The real question is what percentage of those trusts were retained by WAMU and how much was sold to third parties. You seem to be advocating that WAMU owned the entire trust and in addition they were also $100+ billion in MBS's. So with the DB, Us Bank and various others, are we looking at 300+ billion in MBS's generated? IMO, this is not the case.

There is no trust set prior the BK and both WMI.INC and WMIIC have filled BK and are taken care to be liquidated from the same trust called WMILT.So there is nothing else except the HOTMEAT explained to the detail about the 75/25 split between the Prefereds and Commons from the POR7 and the 2012 8K of the WMILT.
