It doesn't take very much to figure out what is fact from fiction by paying attention to the history of the filings on sec.gov There has been contradiction and lack of consistency from one filing to another in what had been filed in the past several years. In addition, the updating of company information was not done timely. It only takes common sense and an ethical mind to figure out that the stories don't always add up. Hopefully there will be improvement with new people in control, finally.
