McCain is discovering just a little too late that Donald Trump was never going to change once elected.

Narcissists don't change over night and with Trump it is way too late.

The Republicans and McCain now own him.

Not so fast...McCain talks tough when he's out of town, but when it comes to voting for Trump's nominees he either falls in line or doesn't have the guts to vote against a Trump nomination - i.e. Scott Pruitt.
Although they tried, the Dems were not able to force the release of thousands of Pruitt emails to/from fossil fuel corps prior to Pruitt's confirmation vote.
