I've seen smaller financings. It's been a longtime since I've seen a grant. I think that some creditors have occasionally chose to wait for payment. I've heard of opportunities to refinance. I've also seen, though it's a long story, financings increase the price per share. I've seen the Bo Biden program established and become a possibility for grants. I've seen Les Goldman loan his own money to the company. I've seen retail investors hold long and strong and earn the respect of management. I've seen the MFN clause disappear and thereby place management and Cognate in more financially empathetic shoes....I have not lost hope, and I hope any further dilution before topline results is mild.
