Very simply, Cowan Gunteski provided TAUG a letter stating that they were independent and in compliance with the PCAOB rules... They were not, and they were in violation of more than one PCAOB rule.

TAUG will have appraisals and experts in the field. How do you think it is going to sound when Meyler's quote that his his July 2015 vacation was ruined when the censure came out. Really, what a dirtbag.
