Extreme, doesn't seem like it could be an issue with Supreme. Lots of cash and a choice on how and when to put it to work. They've been smart about not investing in unknowns (like store fronts) until more clarity comes from the legislation.
The funny thing about your worries is that all of these LPs are struggling to even meet current medical demand. The expansions in progress have already been needed to meet the medical side, when recreational starts in Canada there will undoubtedly be product shortages and temporary price hikes.
There is a lot of pressure developing for legalization. I don't see it being delayed.
An amazing number of illegal dispensaries are popping up and mayors and others are demanding action on legalization. As one mayor stated last week the federal government needs to do more than announce they will be legalizing they need to show leadership and do so quickly so the cities don't have to try to deal with the dispensaries.
