"IGNORANCE" OF THE REGULATIONS IS NOT A COMMONLY ACCEPTED DEFENSE IN THE US COURT SYSTEM!

For this exact reason Cowan and Meyler are going to lose big. notice that it is not Tauriga that is again begging the court for discovery to be hidden from the public view, because the discovery will hurt Cowan's business. Cowan deals with the public and the deplorable unethical conduct that the Partners deliberately made should not be protected.

Agencies like the PCAOB and Boards of Accountancy sanction and punish auditors, even Meyler did not stoop so low as to blame Tauriga.
