You can try but I've seen companies that screwed over their investor much worse get off completely Scott free. Good luck making a case but I don't know if you'll get anywhere.

Seriously though, I agree that the company has been acting pretty shady recently and it honestly makes me kind of nervous as an investor.

If they go dark, SH's have a statutory claim for breach of fiduciary duty. It's a nascent claim until we see the proxy and more info.

Under 12(g) they can deregister at their will subject to that duty.

We need the company to tell us what is happening and take action, then the claim may ripen for -- oh fun --a new lawsuit.

I paid for a happy ending ... let's see if we get one.






We are still at the "anything can happen" stage.
